The school provides a very professional learning approach that enables students to fully apply their specialised knowledge into the work force.
In the short time that THEi has been around, the school is reputed as a higher education institution with a difference, striving to fill an important gap in the Hong Kong educational sector. Furthermore, It is the only school that offers a sports recreation management related program with level 5 to 7 qualifications.
Sports Therapy Course
THEi hosts a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Sports and Recreation Management programme, that belongs to the Department of Sports and Recreation under the Faculty of Management and Hospitality.

As part of the wholesome learning opportunity at THEi, students are required to have 240 integrated learning hours at various practical placements. SPI ProHealth is one of the elite work-integrated placements for students to apply through their course.
SPI ProHealth provides an internship programme that facilitates THEi students with a practical learning experience to harness their skills and technical abilities. The programme occurs whenever there are sports related events that SPI ProHealth covers in Hong Kong. When their internship commences, students are responsible for assisting the head physiotherapists in a myriad of tasks, such as client assessment, sports massages, and emergency pitch-side management.
